We had an addition done on our home that included adding 3 new bedrooms, a mud room, a walk in closet, and some bathroom remodeling. Carlos and his team were very professional, affordable, and made the process so much easier for us. He always explained everything thoroughly and listened to everything we wanted in this project. He even went above and beyond and did extra little projects for us such as hanging shelving and tv’s for us once everything was complete. They also worked super quick and had everything completed in just 3 months! They made our dream home a reality and we couldn’t be any happier! I recommend Carlos and his team to anyone looking for home renovations or extensions! They do not disappoint!

Well, I’ve *finally* been able to review Rioza Construction and General Contracting. The overall experience was SPECTACULAR to say the least. Speaking with Carlos and his Wife Gema is relaxed, casual and very informative. Best of all, they were never pushy or fast-talking and welcomed any and all questions I had regarding the project. They went over every possible detail and explained each option in a clear and informed manner. They never once suggested any corner-cutting and instead reiterated that QUALITY of work should always carry the day. After our consult meeting, I was left more informed and extremely satisfied. With major projects like this, you need to be comfortable with the people you select. You need to know that they are honest and provide accurate answers; even though sometimes those answers aren't necessarily the answers you might want to hear. In the end you will be vastly more knowledgable about major renovation projects and you’ll be confident knowing that this company takes care of every step along the way—from the initial consult, the planning, the design, the zoning permits—literally making it as simple as possible for the customer in an Apple’esq experience. Trust me when I say that you’ll be immensely pleased working with Rioza Construction and General Contracting right from the very start.
