Geraldine is not only a personal trainer. She becomes your number one supporter. I always felt empowered after our workouts & it didn’t just end there. Amazing! Best of the best! Pushes you to your limit to reach your goal. Motivator and mentor. I reached my goal in no time with her training and easy diet, I started as a size 12 and reached a size 8 in a short couple of weeks! She changed my life just by doing her intense but easy work outs. Highly recommend to anyone.
