- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because all events are unique it is important that we make sure that the entertainment is geared to your guests. We pride ourselves in working with you to plan the correct type of of music. We understand that you have different age groups at most events and always have something for everyone. Our goal is to entertain and make your event the best it can be and not to just play "loud". Other services provided are the "after the weeding event". When your guests return to the hotel we will be there to provide entertainment until the wee hours. We can also provide you with a Karaoke Rental system for the night.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Satisfaction: The vast majority of our business is referral based. We have many satisfied clients. References are available upon request. We will not offer you a quote until we speak directly with you. How can we help if we don't know exactly what you need and want. There is no "one size fits all" that's the reason there is no one price fits all. Cutting Edge Equipment: From high end mixers to state of the art speakers and lighting, our equipment is always top quality. Regardless of the size and type of event, We have the equipment needed to make it a resounding success. Flexibility: You can have as much or as little input as you require. You can choose every detail (playlist, genre, size of dance floor, lighting), or give general guidelines and let me take care of the rest. Either way, you will be able to review everything before the event. Price: We are in the business of exceeding customer expectations!
