    Our Plated Service Wedding:
    Michael's Event Catering is nothing short of amazing!!!
    We planned our wedding with Chef Michael and couldn't have been more pleased.
    He shows a true passion for what he does and it showed in every detail.
    Chef was a joy to work with and eased our stresses every step of the way.
    During the planning of the event he always made himself available and his
    guidance was not only accurate but well presented.
    He came highly recommendedby the location we held our wedding
    and we can see why. His level of professionalism was only out matched
    by the quality food served. His service team was gracious and
    at the same time extremely kind and friendly.
    We are still receiving compliments regarding the food and service.
    Our budget wasn't the greatest but yet he was able to personalize
    a package for us that allowed for us to get everything we wanted and more.
    We would not hesitate and have already recommended
    Michael's Event Catering to our friends and family.

    My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Michael at Michael’s Event Catering for our wedding in October 2012. From the first day I contacted Michael, he was incredibly communicative and easy to work with. He was very willing to work with our budget, and went above and beyond with suggestions to help make our big day nicer for our guests and easier for us. Even though we were planning our wedding from out of state, the catering service was planned and implemented with grace and ease. From random nervous-bride questions to last-minute requests to day-of unplanned issues, Michael made it all happen for us. I even got a day-before-the-wedding pep talk from him when I began to wonder if it everything would work out as planned!
    I have never been to a wedding where I heard so many people comment on the charming wait/bar staff and the wonderful food. Even now, months later, I am getting compliments on the delicious meal that was served. Again, Michael and his staff went above and beyond to make my wedding day beautiful and memorable, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. A million thanks to Michael’s Event Catering, for a job so incredibly well-done.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common types of jobs we have here at Michael's Event Catering, are usually BBQ, Weddings, and Small Parties.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. The main advice I could give anyone on hiring out a caterer, is to be confident in the company. They are going to be bring the food to the party, making sure they brought enough food. Make sure you talk to the representative and get all your questions answered.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Anyone looking to hire a cater or catering service should always ask to make sure they are Serve Safe Certified, Have a Legal and Health Inspected Kitchen, also make sure they are a Licensed and Insured Company.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. To put it simply, it's having people taste my food and to see them enjoy it. Also, witnessing all the different events, from catering birthday parties, out door BBQs at family reunions, or even the elegance of a wedding and seeing so many good people enjoying themselves.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q: Are you only an off-premise cater?
A: At the moment, yes we are, but we do have Banquet Halls we work with closely that we can rent.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: Currently we accept cash, check and Most Major Credit Cards.

Q: Is there a limit to how many people you can cater for?
A: We can cater any size party large or small.

Q: Do you allow walk-in at your site?
A: No, please call and make an appointment.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have always loved cooking I knew since I was in 5th grade that I wanted to be a chef even after my loved ones tried to scare me out of the profession with the long hours and working on holidays. But, when you do what you love it's never work and hearing that you brought joy to an event is the main goal of mine.
