A. The most common types of jobs we have here at Michael's Event Catering, are usually BBQ, Weddings, and Small Parties.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. The main advice I could give anyone on hiring out a caterer, is to be confident in the company. They are going to be bring the food to the party, making sure they brought enough food. Make sure you talk to the representative and get all your questions answered.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Anyone looking to hire a cater or catering service should always ask to make sure they are Serve Safe Certified, Have a Legal and Health Inspected Kitchen, also make sure they are a Licensed and Insured Company.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. To put it simply, it's having people taste my food and to see them enjoy it. Also, witnessing all the different events, from catering birthday parties, out door BBQs at family reunions, or even the elegance of a wedding and seeing so many good people enjoying themselves.

A. Q: Are you only an off-premise cater?
A: At the moment, yes we are, but we do have Banquet Halls we work with closely that we can rent.

A: Currently we accept cash, check and Most Major Credit Cards.
Q: Is there a limit to how many people you can cater for?
A: We can cater any size party large or small.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have always loved cooking I knew since I was in 5th grade that I wanted to be a chef even after my loved ones tried to scare me out of the profession with the long hours and working on holidays. But, when you do what you love it's never work and hearing that you brought joy to an event is the main goal of mine.
