Installed a kitchen stone countertop for my newly renovated house. Ended up with a very pleasing product.
Pro Kitchen and Bath LLC came and field measured the stone for an exact size and installed it within a week.
They installed the kitchen sink and faucet as well. Everything was siliconed in nice and they drilled the stone for the sink anchors which is the right way to install it.
Satisfactory experience.

I had my threshold installed by Pro Kitchen and Bath. They seemed experienced at renovations and this was a small job for them but they did it without hesitation. I did appreciate that.
But the work was messy and there was thin-set all over (no protection). The worker broke the tiles next to the threshold and I had to deduct the price for them but these are very old tiles and I didn't even take off shipping charge. The worker also left a coffee cup that was half full on the shelf at the entryway which the wind blew and coffee spilled on the wood floor which then I had to clean up. I felt like I was running around providing thin set, caulk and other supplies because they were not prepared. So much of my time got taken with this small job. I don't think they should take on small jobs as they are not equipped to do them.
I expressed my displeasure so they came back and cleaned to satisfaction and filled all the gaps around the threshold. The made sure I was happy with the height but later I discovered the height was still off and air was coming in.
I feel they want their customers to be happy but they should not have brought an inexperienced worker that they were not supervising. Now to fix this issues I have to hire someone to see if they raise and if it breaks then I incur the cost of a threshold and installation. The experience was upsetting even if they tried to fix it.
