Introduction: I strive to do the best inspection possible for my clients. I am informative as well as understanding. I litsen to and try to answer all my clients questions.
I like meeting new people everyday. I like to see different areas of New Jersey. I am always excited by the prospect of inspecting a home style I haven't seen before. Older homes are tricky but the most interesting. With new homes, my clients expect perfection, so I try to re-align their expectations. No house is perfect, and they all require ongoing maintenance and repairs, just like a car.

Luciano was great! His attention to detail and professionalism make him the best choice for any home inspection. Soon after the inspection, I had a full detailed report.

It was great to have Luciano inspect our condo - he was very thorough and also provided great advice about how to maintain the unit and its components (water heater, furnace, etc...). He really took the time to explain everything to us, which was helpful as we were first time buyers.

As a first time home buyer, I was very anxious about the inspection. I don't know *anything* about houses at all. Luciano was not only energetic and funny, he also patiently answered every question we had and even gave us several awesome home maintenance tips. He was extremely thorough in his inspection of the house and left me feeling confident in our purchase. Not only that, we got our report the same day and it was detailed and filled with photographs. He is very well trained and knowledgeable- I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to refer friends and family as clients.

Luciano was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He knows what to look for and would search the whole apartment to ensure all your bases are covered. He educated us on our own condo, tells us how we can save money going forward. As a first time buyer, his knowledge was comforting. His report came quickly after the inspection, all clearly laid out. Highly recommended, hopefully you can fit into his schedule!

I'm a first time buyer. You want this guy to inspect your home. Luciano is professional, thorough and informative. He does his job quickly, while still taking the time to explain and inform. He seems to have vast experience, yet made me feel very comfortable. Great sense of humor, which helps when you realize all the things that will need to be fixed.
He gets my highest recommendation- and I work in a high end retail environment where customer service is demanded- Luciano is simply perfect.
