I view my role as a personal trainer as the combination of coach and motivating assistant.¯ This is in recognition that each of us needs support, assistance and encouragement to achieve the very best for ourselves in most aspects of our lives.

As a fitness coach, I provide the model, direction, tone and guidelines for an efficient and effective fitness lifestyle.

As a motivating assistant, I concentrate on keeping the goal of you, the client, in the forefront of all program design and executions to ensure that personal/individual motivation is present to move you toward your highest level of performance.

People recognize me instantly for my high-energy persona and full-spirited laughter. I bring a specialty to most fitness facilities as an independent fitness professional.

I am currently serving a diverse client based throughout Bergen and Hudson County, ranging from ages 25 to 85 years.

I coach/train pre-natal and post-natal clients, and male and female weakened athletes¯ seeking to increase abdominal core strength and total body conditioning.

I also coach/train clients seeking weight and fat loss through a customized, high-intensity cardio, strength/resistance, and nutrition training program.

    Worth Every Cent!

    I began taking private Pilates with Gina a few months after giving birth to my 1st son, now 3 years-old, and it helped me reclaim my pre-baby shape. I now have a 3 1/2 month-old son and I'm taking the TRX class. I love it!

    It's a great work-out for everyone, especially for new mommies who want their core back! Gina knows her stuff. Even my husband signed up for the Men's TRX class. You won't be disappointed.

    TRX Training Instruction

    "I take the TRX BootCamp and the TRX Pilates and I seriously look forward to the classes all week long. I've worked out my entire life, but I have never felt as good as when I take Gina's classes. It makes me feel amazing, accomplished, and confident.
