Gina Jackson is a classically trained Pilates teacher and has been teaching along the Gold Coast of Hudson and Bergen County, NJ for the past 10 years.

Certified by Power Pilates of New York, Gina has trained with Master Teachers Bob Liekens and Susan Moran Perich, Senior Teachers Alison Laundrie and Juliet Harvey, Master Teachers Kathy Corey, Alycea Ungaro and has enjoyed, listened and learned from the personal stories of Joe Pilates as told by Kathy Grant and Lolita San Miguel.

As a Pilates Method Alliance member, she offers a challenging workout to all students and works with men and women of all ages, sizes and shapes.

In addition to managing/teaching in the Pilates4Fitness Movement Space, she has enjoyed teaching as a guest instructor in Caribbean resorts of Jamaica, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. With a little luck and a lot of enthusiasm from students and clients, a fitness retreat in one of these warmer climates may come to fruition... soon.

    Gina Jackson - Pilates4Fitness, is one of the best experiences of my life. Gina is fantastic; her energy is incredible, she will have you doing postures you did not imagine you could do.

    Your body will reshape in front of your eyes and you will not believe that you are looking at yourself.

    Pilates4Fitness is for everyone, it is a total body-conditioning program and you should try it.

    If you are going to do Pilates, please do it with Gina, accept no substitute, because all instructors are not the same. Get the experience of a lifetime with Gina at Pilates4Fitness.

    Relaxed, Stronger & Balanced

    I became a Gina Jackson "follower" a few years ago by participating in her Pilates mat class on Saturday mornings. I quickly recognized that not only was she teaching Pilates, but Gina becomes invested in your health and fitness goals.

    She works with each individual to assess strengths and weaknesses. Then, she pushes you to reach your goals. She is a passionate professional that offers cutting-edge fitness regimens and takes an ordinary workout to the next level. She comes to each class prepared and mindful of each student.

    We use innovative tools to strengthen our core and lengthen our muscles. We are all busy with work, family and home life--but by being part of the Pilates4Fitness Movement Space, I feel relaxed, stronger and balanced after finishing a class.

    She also offers a variety of classes at convenient times--specifically for those of us trying to squeeze in a workout. During the summer, she offers a bootcamp in the park--it's a great way to start off your Saturday morning and beats any gym atmosphere.

    I have slimmed down 20 lbs and cannot imagine my week without the influence or support of Gina.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Students/Clients consistently say the following about their work in the Pilates4Fitness Movement Space:

A. The most frequently asked question, in the studio, in the park or at the grocery store is generally, "How can I get rid of this roll around my tummy?"

My answer is always, minimize the simplex carbs, drink more water, eat healthy lean proteins and come learn how to work your core by moving your body.
