Each client's menu is customized to their liking; including cuisines from around the world or region, and considering any dietary restrictions and allergies. The freshest ingredients are always used. I think through each dish, giving attention to every detail - right down to how it will look on the plate. Cooking - It is what makes me happy and knowing my food makes others happy, too. I enjoy creating menus for individuals and families so they can come home to a healthy meal and have some quality time together. Creating wonderful menus for the special times (birthday, wedding, showers, etc) in clients' lives so the event is enjoyable and memorable. Teaching teens and adults good cooking skills and the many healthy options.

I hired Tanya to provide the food for my daughter's bridal shower. From the moment her first email arrived she had wonderful ideas for the menu I requested. On the morning of the shower she showed up with everything she needed to make her variety of dishes. She even brought her own trash can and trash bags! She cooked for hours before the shower, and the kitchen smelled wonderful. When my guests arrived for a luncheon, we were all surprised and amazed by the beautiful spread of food Tanya provided. The presentation was spectacular, and most importantly, all of Tanya's dishes were delicious. It was such a treat to provide my guests with a variety of unique dishes, and I loved not having to do a thing but enjoy the dishes along with my guests. When the shower was about finished, Tanya had cleaned up my kitchen and it was spotless. I asked her to leave some of the food out for my husband, the groom, and my son, and Tanya beautifully displayed the leftovers on my own platters. I can't wait until our next event, because I want Tanya to come back to my house to work her magic. Thank you Tanya!!!

Tanya catered a Christmas gathering at our home for 10 adults + kids with appetizers, buffet dinner and dessert. We had hired a chef the previous year and didn't have a great experience...this year however our guests RAVED about the food! Tanya was professional, brought all of her own equipment to cook and serve, and she and her assistant left my kitchen in great shape. She was easy to work with in the planning stages, promptly responded to calls and e-mails and sent me an extensive menu of choices for course selections which she modified as needed. The night was relaxed and at the end my guests commented that they really couldn't remember what was served the previous year, but the food was delicious this year! There were plenty of leftovers to be enjoyed as well. I would not hesitate to hire her again!

Fabulous food. Guests raved all evening. Excellent staff both serving and bar tending. Tanya handled everything well and is an excellent chef. I'd be happy to, and hope to, use her again.
