A-la-carte rate is $175 per entertainer per hour plus transit/holiday fees. Favorite Balloons: Mermaids, Princesses, Superheroes, Popular Characters, Mythical Beasts, & animals from Aardvarks to Sharks. We have simple designs for large events & quick parties or complex designs you can use as décor elements like our child sized princesses, pirates, superheroes, & trains. Glitter Tattoos: We offer designs to match your theme or go wild with designs from our book. We have a rainbow of sparkling colors to embellish designs. Perfect for parties, Sweet 16’s, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, Proms, weddings, showers, & more. Henna tattoos: luxurious treat for the skin as well as the eyes. We do a full array of designs, even special requests. Henna is perfect for teens & adults, bridal Showers, Weddings, Baby Showers, Proms, after parties, Birthdays, Graduations, Sweet 16s, Quinceañeras, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, Girl's/Ladies' Night, & other fun events. (For bridal henna, expect 4 hrs for the bride plus extra time for guests, average 5 minutes for simple design on one hand, not entire hand. We can incorporate your name, initials, motif, or wedding date into a custom design.) Face Painting: Let children become superheroes, princesses & more, or just do simple cheek/hand art designs (yes, we've been asked to do a full sleeve with tattoo like art). We use the safest brand on the market, the same our performers wear. Fun stuff- If you want a purple horned pink unicorn with a blue mane on your hand, yes, we can do that, too! We have sample images to make it easy to choose. Balloon Decorating: We do all sizes of parties & events from a simple cake table arch that'll look fabulous in pictures to elaborate decorating with helium balloons, swags, sculpted balloon centerpieces, balloon drops, backdrops... We work to get the perfect effect for your event & plenty of photo-ops. Painting Parties and Jewelry Craft Parties: We set up for 10-30 guests and each guest has handmade art to take home whether its a guided painting or a beautiful piece of jewelry-we customize to the age of your guests and theme so everyone can have a finished project and a great memento of your special day. Crafting parties start at $250 for ten guests. Origami artists have a sample sheet of designs or teach a hands-on class. Entertainers can arrive in Clown or Pirate costume for $100 extra/entertainer, NOT including mascots or shows which require additional set up time and equipment. Safety: All artists are vaccinated to ensure safety. We are using disposables whenever possible. We have the performer you need. Ask us to impress you, you'll be glad you did. Booking: We take an online deposit immediately at the time of booking (100% for package deals) to secure your date. For A-la-carte or custom bookings 50 % nonrefundable deposit up front and the 50% nonrefundable balance is due two weeks prior to the party. If your party is less than two weeks away the deposit is 100%. We email contract for you to complete & return. We email confirmation once we have completed contract & payment making booking easy & quick. We take PayPal for payments and CASH gratuity, so you're just a click away from having the perfect party. Weather happens! Have a contingency plan for your party or event: tenting, alternate locations, moving the party indoors all works as long as we know you plan ahead of time. We DO NOT offer rain dates though booking agents. If you require a second date we can book a second nonrefundable nonconsecutive nonholiday date for $250 more, subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel due to snow, sleet, ice, flooding, & declared state of emergency. This keeps everyone safe. We hold an artist in case of illness or emergency, our booking guarantee. Transportation and Parking: We charge a transit fee that varies with location, tolls, and driving time (usually $25 to $150). Our entertainers drive up to 90 minutes for a party, but they have to drive the same back and this could tie them up for the entire day. We require parking as close to venue or location as possible. You will also be responsible for any fees or charges for parking, access to facility, or valet parking and we appreciate knowing about it before hand. In many cases it is as simple as having the valet reserve a spot for the entertainers as close as possible to the venue or booking a parking spot in a garage and sending us the qr code (if applicable). We do not send entertainers out with money. Why do we need parking? Entertainers will be carrying heavy supplies (50lbs. +) and if they spend time looking for parking, they're going to be late for your party or event. We pride ourselves on punctuality and the high level of skill our entertainers have. Stairs-If the venue or house has stairs or a steep grade, that's something we need to know in advance as entertainers will be carrying supplies and potentially table and chairs. Our top face painters Chloe is living with Rheumatoid Arthritis(we proudly support organizations working on treatments for autoimmune diseases including Lupus, RA, Diabetes, and others) and depending on the day she may be walking with a cane. She's amazingly talented, kids adore her, and you're just going to love having her at your party, but steps might be difficult. We DO NOT discriminate due to disability and embrace all levels of ability in any and all of our entertainers and guests. If your guests or child have autism, phobias, or sensory issues this is not a problem for us. We allow children to participate at their comfort level and no one is going to force them to do something they don't want to do. We all bring something special to the world and everyone shows it in different ways. We have a child on the spectrum and he loves balloons but not face painting-other children will like different things, that's fine. Some children require stampers instead of brushes or glitter tattoos instead of face painting-you let us know what works best for you. Performers know how important your party is. We love repeat clients.
