Ted arrived promptly (actually early, which was great) , also appreciated that he came out on a Sunday. Work was done as promised at price quoted on phone. He also provided some tips to use to try to prolong the life of the new pump. I am satisfied with the service.

Stacy was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was honest and forth coming and did not to try to sell me items that were not necessary. I really valued his integrity as a business owner. I will be using him for all of my waterproofing needs in the future.

I was very impressed with the response in an emergency situation. The price for the job was very reasonable. The basement has been dry as a bone ever since this company did such a great job! They also kept the rest of the house clean by laying many tarps and clean up people.
