FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If someone is looking to hire me to photograph their wedding, I first ask to set up a meeting so we can get to know each other. This is when I find out their desires, styles and product needs. They also get to learn more about me and to see exactly what the products I have to offer them look like. Such as albums, DVD cases, reception books, thank you cards, etc.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common types of jobs are weddings, Sweet 16's, anniversaries and birthdays. I have also had jobs with the US Military to photograph their holiday events. Another common job would be portraits, both family and individual. Sometimes including the family pets as well. My most favorite are the newborn photos. I love the angelic beauty of a baby's portrait. Not one of them ever takes a bad picture.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My most uplifting jobs are for clients needing a photographer for their daughter's Sweet 16 party. It is such an exciting and important time in their lives, something that can never be repeated. That's why, besides taking pictures of their friends and family and all the festivities, I like to pull the girls aside and do individual portraits. They all look so beautiful all dressed up, their faces glowing, I know their families will want photos that they'll cherish forever. My portraits of these girls bring out their true essence and their families can't get over how wonderful their girls look. Seeing their happiness and appreciation means everything to me.
