Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My primary intention is not to make money but to help people achieve the computing experience they are looking for. Thus, I will never suggest the most expensive or newest but rather the solution that is right for the individual. For example, what is the primary function of the computer? What kind of computer user are you? What is your level of expertise and most importantly, what is your desired level of expertise?

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. In the last 10 years, the computer has become the hub of a digital, and now social, lifestyle. I enjoy aiding individuals connect and become members of that lifestyle in a safe and pleasant computing experience. Most internet security issues are simply a lack of knowledge on the users part and can be resolved with a few tips and in the vast majority of cases free software - freeware.
