Question and answer

  • Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

    A. Ask questions. First, it is important to know that the art you are considering to purchase is done with Archival materials to ensure that the creation will last for decades. Second, does the Artist or photographer do all the work themselves, and if not, is the outside source adhereing to Museum Quality standards. And finally, is the work a Limited or Open Edition. Limited Editions are more expensive due to only a limited number of prints available. Open editions are less expensive, but still collectible if signed, dated, and numbered by the artist.

  • Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

    A. There is a tremendous amount of work involved in creating a Fine Art photograph. Many hours are spent out in the field searching for subjects, enduring weather and conditions in the hope of that the right mixture of light and atmosphere appear long enough to take the picture. When you invest in fine art photography, you are investing in not only the sweat, blood, and tears of the artist, but their creative vision that is shaped by years of dedication to their craft.
