I hired Richard and paid $1,100 ($1,062 plus tip) cash for a move out deep clean. I questioned if he could clean a 3,300 square feet home by himself, but he assured me he could. He stopped communicating after I paid him. I regret paying him before he completed the job, but he said he needed it. I wasn’t present for most of the cleaning as I gave him the garage code . He seemed like an honest guy but I got taken advantage of. I asked him to clean the appliances to include behind them, mop floors and get goo off, power wash garage and driveway to get oil stains off. He did not clean behind the washer/dryer, had to hire someone to get oil stains off driveway and goo off garage floor, my husband and I got the goo off interior floors, we re cleaned appliances, had to re-clean blinds. He did come back to reclean the toilets that still had rings in them but said he would be back via text. Haven’t heard from him since. I stopped trying to reach him because he won’t return calls or texts. Pics are after he cleaned.
