- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do top quality work and do not cut corners but we still offer competitive pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After asking a few questions over the phone I will go out and look everything over and take measurements to give you a detailed estimate through email a few hours after looking at the property. If we move forward with the project I will then give you a detailed contract which we will both sign. I then collect a 50% deposit (cash, credit, debit, or money order) and we will scedual the job. Then we will come out and complete the job and collect the balance left on the invoice. We will then give you a packet which will contain your paid invoice, your contract, business card, and the warranty we include which covers all workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of painting experience. Together we have worked for many companies and have been able to bring our experience together and have modified some aspects of the painting proces. One example iw when masking around garage doors 12 inch mask is pretty standard we use 72 inch masking. We don't like over spray! We also do expert level wall repair. We can repair or fix any wall, any texture and make it match perfectly.
