Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. A new client should be prepared to commit to their growth and change. Life coaching is for those who seek ways to reach their goals. Self-work is involved so those who are ready should begin today. Clients should be prepared to do their homework and be responsible for being on time, etc. for their sessions. They should approach this with the same positive attitude as they would starting a new job - only they are working on themselves!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Be sure the life coach you hire is committed to your best interest and that they have credentials for their practice. It's very important that the coach and the client are a good fit so be sure to interview one another carefully. Don't be afraid to ask questions to the coach. Here is an overview of the client/coach relationship:

A. Are they really ready to commit to their growth and change. Sometimes it can be scary to make changes in one or more aspects of your life, but the results are so worth it!
