Deep therapeutic massage... I find those trigger points and work them out without pain, slow deep pressure and long deep strokes with forearm flow. I have advanced training in cervical/spine injuries, low back pain, migraine and sciatica. You will be light-headed for a few hours after my massage!
I will also be offering ashiatsu... the deepest most luxurious massage on the planet! This is for body-builders - bigger bodies who need extremely deep work. What i do is this... I have two bars attached to the ceiling that i hold on to, then use my feet on your body, adjusting my body weight for depth into the tissue. Very, very deep work.
