Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Shop around. Just because the price is cheaper does not mean the service is better or your belongings are safer. Get references.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Shop around for a reputable company that is licensed and insured. References are good to have to find out about past performance. Do not just look for the lowest price because alot of times you get what you pay for and if you want your belongings handled safe by experienced professionals then it is worth it to shop around!

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask how many years of experience the company and the crew has. Ask about their training. Ask about their license and insurance. Ask specifics about the price so that you are not surprised when the bill arrives. Ask how your belongings will be protected in the moving truck and during the moving process (in and out of the builing).

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. A buyer should think about alot of things before calling a mover. Like their budget, their homes accessability, how to plan for a mover. Getting everything orginized at both the pickup and the drop off locations. They should have everything labeled so the movers do not have to ask where everything is going and what room they are looking for. And remember when you hire a professional they already know what they are doing so there is no need to try and help them or bring stuff to them that only makes the move longer. Be kind and polite offer water and maybe lunch. Everyone will appreciate that for sure.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I get to meet new people and I am never in the same place everyday. I can set my own hours. I also like the fact that I get to get a free workout carrying all the diffrent things that customers have in their houses. I like to see the customers happy and satisfied when they see our performance and the care we take with their belongings. Alot of the time it makes my day when you are done with a long job and the customer says this is the best moving experiance we have ever had. I like to see how many of the diffrent people live and what kind of home decore they have. And I love the fact I have no one to answer to.
