Hi, there! I'm a natural light photographer, shooting on location in the Albuquerque metro area and all over New Mexico.

I currently shoot couples, engagements, pets, maternity, newborns, children, families, and boudoir. Travel within 20 miles is included in my session fee, though I am available to travel further.

I love to capture candid emotions and connections through photography! I enjoy getting to know my clients, playing with their kids, and seeing them often to capturing their memories year after year.

I'm a custom photographer, offering digital packages, as well as custom print items, striving for fabulous customer service, personalized sessions, and gorgeous family memories to hang on your walls.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Take your time to look around as much as possible and find someone whose work grips you - and you feel like you cannot wait for that photographer to capture your family. Trust them to do their best, in their own style that you fell in love with, and you cannot be disappointed!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Know that good customer service, quality photography and a business owner running a legal photography business will not always be the most inexpensive photographer in town. There are many people who open up shop as "photographers" hoping to roll in easy money, but being a business owner AND an artist takes hard work, business sense and talent.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask what that person loves to shoot and why they love it. Ask what their goal is from a session and how they want to help YOU achieve what you want from your session with them. Ask them what they do to further their education and ensure that they'll give you the best customer service and experience possible... and how they'll make you comfortable and capture you, being you.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The first thing I hope clients have figured out prior to coming to me is their budget. Custom photography is not an inexpensive item but I do view it as an investment. Photographs play a HUGE role in my life... my walls are covered with pictures of my children, my husband bathing our babies, my daughter coming home from the hospital, my dogs kissing their baby fuzz heads. I cherish them all and hope clients come to me for the exact same reason.

The next thing they need to think about, is what they hope to accomplish with their session. Do they want big prints to hang on their walls? Stunning images of their new baby to send out on birth announcements? Gift prints to send their family out of state?
