Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. The best advice I can offer, do not throw anything out or give away any item. Get what you are keeping from the Estate or tag what you do not want sold. The more there is for the sale the better the sale.
Once you know what it is that will not be sold, call to schedule for an appointment to have a walk through.At the walk through we will mark items that you do not wish to be sold & determine if there are enough items for us to have a sale. We understand that you may want to interview other companies before you decide who you will go with.
Once we have a signed contract & Key we normally start the following day.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. This is a family owned & operated business. Honesty & integrity is who we are. We have outstanding customer service. We can help out with all of your real estate needs.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. The most common question is "What are my treasures worth?" To anwser that, We research anything & everything in question. We do our best to make our Clients as much money as possible... with no costs to them.
Another question would be "What is our Fee?"
Our fee is 35% of the total proceeds.
"When do we get our check from the sale" the anwser to this is less that 7 days from the sale.
