A. Those that seek virtual assistant and audio/video transcription support should seek to first understand the quality of work they need for their project. A provider should help you achieve your objectives. If quality of service and product is not important to you, then go with the lowest bid. If quality of service and product is important, then seek a provider that will provide that quality and find one that is flexible to meet your needs. You should also find one that thinks you’re an important customer. Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much will it cost? The answer depends on your job. We can charge by the word, line, minute of audio, or hourly rates depending on the type of work to make sure you. It will cost a lot more if you obtain low-quality results. That's why we focus on quality transcription and virtual assistant services.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Although this may not be our most favorite type of story, it is one we have experienced a number of times. The theme is obtaining the quality of work for which you pay. Several times in our experience, a relatively new customer has tried to save money by going with a lower cost provider or approach to their work. This makes perfect sense to make their businesses successful. They sought a lower-cost provider, perhaps one overseas, decided to do some or all the work themselves, or used a technological aid like voice recognition for dictation. What we’ve found is that all these clients came back to Type-thing Services after weeks to a couple months because they found their overall efficiency was lower without us.
