A. To commission a painting, first look at the work the artist has done for others, and what is available from them to ensure they do work that you like. If you want a class or workshop, ask for references and comments from previous students.
A. Art is subjective. While good art will increase in value over time, buy what you like, not just for the investment value. You're going to look it most every day. Make sure you like it!
