At Hitching Hearts, I understand that each couple is unique and of course, very special. Your ceremony should be a reflection of you.

Together, we will create a personalized ceremony full of romance; a ceremony that will help you to express your most heartfelt feelings on your very special day. It is the perfect beginning!

I enjoy the privilege of uniting couples. I am an ordained non-denominational minister. I have performed the following:

Ceremonies involving children
Ceremonies of vow renewals

The truly wonderful aspect about each ceremony is that there are no rules or limits on creativity, and each ceremony can be as unique as the couple it is intended for.

I enjoy listening to each couple. I love interpreting their ideas, words, and feelings into something concrete, and assisting them to share their promises of love through ceremony with family and friends. I am a true romantic. I believe completely in marriage, joinings and commitments.

As you co-create your unique ceremony design with Hitching Hearts, we will weave a tapestry that focuses on your love story as well as include possible readings, relevant rituals, music, and vows.

You decide the tone that your ceremony will take lighthearted, spiritual, solemn, funny, or whatever you have imagined the perfect beginning to be. Our goal will be to handcraft a celebration that feels familiar, comfortable, and fully embodies you and your other half.

  Kim was very helpful in coordinating our marriage. My wife and are are both Active Duty Military and stationed in different states. We had our hearts set on getting married at White Sands National Monument in New Mexico. Unfortunately, due to a snag from Uncle Sam we were not able to conduct the wedding on the date we planned. However, with less than 24 hours notice, Kim put everything together and was able to perform our small and intimate ceremony before my wife and I's duties pulled to different states again. Kim is a professional and comes highly recommended.

  My name is Caitlin. My husband and I got engaged 2 weeks prior to our marriage, and we were dead set on getting married on leap year. I found Hitching Heats not even a week prior to the wedding day, and seeing as I live out of town from where we were getting married, I had no opportunity to meet Kim prior to our wedding. She did a wonderful job on such short notice. She seemed to make a very special, and unique wedding for me and my husband, despite never meeting us. She did an excellent job of keeping the ceremony short (which is what Erik and I had originally wanted), but long enough to make it special for everyone who decided to attend.

  Kim was professional and very helpful. She offered a variety of specially tailored ceremonies for us and also included a lot of little extra's to make our wedding special. She even stayed after and helped us take pictures! We were very comfortable with her and the beautiful ceremony she performed as well. She even helped my husband with last minute details so that I wouldn't have to deal with them. Kim is a wonderful woman and I recommend her 100%. She was also very affordable and flexible to our needs.
