The most common massage request I get is for a Swedish/Deep Tissue healing massage. The relaxation from the slow, fluid Swedish strokes is complimented by the trigger points and Myofascial release from the Deep Tissue work. I also integrate some other techniques from various styles I have studied over the years. It's a total mind and body renewing experience.

Looking for a massage therapist can be a challenging task. We all have very individual needs. It's crucial to have complete trust in the therapist doing personalized bodywork for you. Look for clear, open commnication to start and then you can decide what kind of modalities you want your therapist to specialize in. Trust your instincts, they are rarely wrong.
