Really Good Work!! Exceed Construction patched a hole in my stucco from where an old electrical service had been removed. Contacted them on Thursday, had a quote on Friday, and work was completed on Tuesday. The price was very reasonable and there was no hassle. Will definitely use Exceed Construction again!

In the case of Exceed Construction, I could have also included Value and Punctuality, but it would only let me pick three of the five choices. A neighbor recommended Exceed when our roof had wind damage and loss of shingles in that huge wind storm back in late February. I called and spoke to Juan, who works with his father and a team of skilled workmen. Juan is very, very personable. I can include outgoing, thorough, cheerful, prompt and most importantly, true to his word. Everything he told us is what happened: start date and time, shingle delivery date and project end date. Our insurance took at least 8 weeks to cover the loss. During that time. Juan would check in with us at least weekly to see if there was anything he could do to move the claim along. He even offered to talk to our insurance company. If we did run into a snag, he communicated clearly always from the point of view of how to solve the issue. There was never any anger, or spite or hidden costs. I dealt with Juan through most of the roofing process because my husband wasn't feeling well. Ladies, believe me when I say he took my input along the way. He never rolled his eyes and gave me the "dumb little lady" look--I know you know what I mean. He was respectful and on top of everything. His team of men are very skilled self starters. You can tell they have worked together for a while. They know what needs to be done and do it, each man working together or in separate tasks depending on where the project is. When it was all over, the property was very, very clean as though no one had been there. I highly recommend Exceed Construction for your roofing needs. They also replaced several areas where the wood was rotten. They are a full service contractor and I hope you will be as happy with them as we are!

Elite replaced my 30 year old roof. They removed 2 layers of shingles, repaired the rotted areas and helped me pick shingles that would match my stucco. I was very pleased with their work and the cleanup. Lucy
