Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure the company is sending out a technition that has been to a school and knows his technique and chemistry. Make sure hes knowledgable . Ask him over the phone what "PH" the chemical is that will precondition the carpet. Ask what the PH of the rincing agent will be. If he studders or acts confused.......he doesnt know a thing about cleaning. Dont let him near your driveway!!!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. i stand out becuz i am a 20 veteran of the carpet industry, i am a graduate of the F.C.I.T.S. carpet inspection school in Dalton Ga, a graduate of the Bane Inst of Cleaning Tech in Indianapolis Id, and i utilize the Rotovac Restoration tools for un matched cleaning results.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The end result. when customers tell me they are satisfied and that i did a great job etc. the best compliment is when they give me referals right then and there!

A. IICRC training classes and reading up on the latest industry publications
