Make sure the company is sending out a technition that has been to a school and knows his technique and chemistry. Make sure hes knowledgable . Ask him over the phone what "PH" the chemical is that will precondition the carpet. Ask what the PH of the rincing agent will be. If he studders or acts confused.......he doesnt know a thing about cleaning. Dont let him near your driveway!!!
