Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Most people don't realize that a travel agent can save them money. They think using a travel agent will actually cost more money. However even using a travel website you are still using a travel agent. But those travel websites do not look at all your options. They are contracted with certain suppliers and will only show their pricing. Those suppliers may not be the right one.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Travel agents get prices that the general public does not. There are many suppliers who work exclusively with travel agents. They do not offer their prices online so you must use a travel agent to get access to those prices.
