- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have researched so many new products that make my job and the lives of my customers so much simpler! I am always looking for better ways and finding longer lasting products to make the repairs on your home more permanent!! Investigating different companies and methods used by them to stay one up on the competition!! Working with manufacturers to improve existing materials and ways of applying them. Creating repeat business through coming up with ways to get the customers more involved with the repairs or projects done on their home!!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The jobs I do are not for anyone who claims to be able to swing a hammer.. It is not just about slapping something together, rather about putting it together the right way the first time! All jobs require being able to think on your feet! Making something work involves a lot of thought at times!!!
