  Excellent service!!!! I have had Kevin caring for my pool for over four years; he has never missed a week, is friendly to the dogs, and always keeps the gate closed so the dogs don't get out. And the pool water always sparkles!

  I recently purchased a home with a pool in the backyard. It was a mess - I lovingly called it The Swamp. I called Kevin and he was out the day after the house closed escrow. Less than 4 days later I was swimming in my beautiful blue oasis. As a first time pool owner, I had tons of questions - Kevin took the time to explain the equipment and answered every question that I had; he even recommended different products and provided price quotes for everything needed so I could make an educated decision prior to purchasing what was required. I won't trust anyone else with my beautiful pool!

  Hey guys, I started looking for a guy to handle my pool care with a new home in the Henderson area and fortunately for me, I found Kevin with PoolStar first. He is always at my house every Tuesday at 8:30 AM, cleans/maintains my pool area, and gets on to the next client . Kevin even plays with my dogs, who are always yipping to see him! He is very professional and is never too busy to answer any questions I might have about my pool or service.
  I heard that pool service in the LV area was spotty at best, but Kevin is the real deal and I'm lucky to have found him. He's reliable and trustworthy and always closes the gate after he leaves! Thanks KEVIN!

  To all those people in search of top quality pool maintenance,
  
  I am a relatively new pool owner, having moved to Henderson, Nevada in 2004, and deciding to have a pool installed. There were problems which occurred, including a heavy corrosion on the sides of the pool walls and the rocks arranged behind it. There were also continuous problems with the jacuzzi malfunctioning. I noticed at the time, the pool maintenance person I hired, would spend very little time checking all the areas of the pool and jacuzzi (five minutes at most) before quickly leaving.
  
  After searching carefully for new maintenance, I found PoolStar IIc, in Henderson, Nevada. I read many excellent reviews about the quality time Kevin Humphreys spends taking excellent care of his client's pools.
  
  What a difference Kevin has made with the pride he takes in doing the job right. There is no longer any build up and corrosion on the sides all around the pool, nor is there any build-up on the decorative rocks. Kevin spends the time needed to do the job well and keep my swimming pool looking crystal clear, sparkling and beautiful.
  
  If there are any problems, parts that need to be replaced, you name it, I can call on Kevin to take care of all the areas in which the pool needs attention.

  For several years I was plagued with alga. After contracting with PoolStar my alga problem is a thing of the past. They have done a wonderful job of chemical maintenance of the pool. They are very cordial, friendly, and have always acted very professional.

  Poolstar provides outstanding service each and every month. My pool is always sparkling and clean. One of the most important things to me is reliability. I had services in the past that I had to constantly chase after, not with Poolstar (Kevin). I never have to wonder, he is always there week after week and on the rare occasion that he can't be, he communicates his resolution immediately.   I love PoolStar! Kevin is very knowledgable and always takes the time to answer my questions. If I have a problem he comes right over to fix it. I have weekly pool service and he is always on time. If he has a schedule change I am notified that he'll be here just at a dfferent time. I would highly recommend PoolStar for all your pool needs.
