Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Incline Village, Lake Tahoe, NV Brokers-Lakeshore Realty
The variety of clients is what makes our job always interesting and no two transactions are ever the same.
I have had the pleasure of working with billionaires who walked through our office doors interested in a lake front home. In 2010 we were involved with all 7 lakefront transwactions. We listed one of the largest lakefront properties with just under 9 acres. We started by marketing the estate as a single parcel but this limited our buyers who could afford $31 million. We worked witht the seller and successfully subdivided the parcels and sold all five in six months.
The best part was each buyer was represented by an agent in our office! We double ended the entire complex.
