- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personal take classes every year and as a business owner I have my staff do the same, and I have been doing this since 1996.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To make sure the person or company has the education up to date with the IRS and ask how long that person is doing taxes the reason is you want a person to have the experience in handling your situation.
