We took our Navigator into California Auto Glass off Las Vegas Blvd to repair our sunroof. They said it would take two days to fix. Four days later it still was not complete. They then proceeded to take on new customers before completing ours. Finally when I went to pick up my vehicle the battery was completely dead. One of the Techs jumped the battery and as I tried my sunroof it still did not open. I made a complaint to the main office that it took the four days and still did not work. So the Tech went back to fix it and the sunroof opened. I left with no apology and a drained battery.
The next day on my way to work I noticed the A/C was no longer working, My radio was no longer working as well as my battery held no charge. I called the main office to address the issues I am having with my Navigator and they took no responsibility for it so, All in all I paid California Auto Glass $360 dollars to fix my sunroof. Additional charges I had to pay after they claimed they fix it $100 for the Battery, $300 to fix the wiring for the A/C and radio. I recommend caution when trusting California Auto Glass with your vehicle.
