Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most common is rapid, HEALTHY weight loss. Strength conditioning. Event preperation such as 5K's, half marathons, marathons, obstacle courses, Spartan races, tough mudders, etc.

Advanced Nutrition Counseling (ANC) is proprietary to my business. I unique weight loss, health restoration program that has been recognized by the American Diabetes Association as a "D2 Killer".

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure you interview your Personal Trainer, try a class or two free and see what they're about. If they are serious about working with you and you are serious about a relationship with them, there should be no issue working with you as a trial for a day. If they as much as pick up their cell phone (outside of an emergency) during a session, drop them and move to another trainer. You work hard for your money, so should they.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Not all trainers are cut from the same cloth! With the new fad of being a Personal Trainer, everyone is coming off the couch, going through the certification which requires no actual...physical experience and creating a bad name for Trainers.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. 1: What are your results, not your paper accolades only (certifications)?
2: What other add-on services do you have that will speed up the process?
3: Do you focus on stretching and proper technique?
4: Are your goals, my goals?
