Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Routine residential carpet cleanings are the most common. Clients that have us out to their homes every 6 months or once a year to clean their carpets. Also, adding on the carpet protection after the cleaning is very common.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. You should always make sure that the provider is licensed to do business in your area, is bonded and fully insured.

A. The ability to please our clients is what makes our job enjoyable. Seeing the smile on a customer's face or getting that "Wow!" reaction is our goal with every client.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How often should I get my carpets cleaned? The answer depends on a number of factors such as; the number of people living in the home, do you have pets, do you have small children, are you a smoker or non-smoker... If you have pets, small children, a large number of people living in the home, or if you are a smoker then you should have the carpets cleaned every 6 months. If more than one of those factors applies to you then you should have them cleaned every 4 months. Otherwise, having the carpets cleaned once each year should be fine.
