Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My service includes a personal, professional and patient Computer/Network Specialist that will be at your side fixing your computer. The need to drop off your computer into the hands of someone you don't know and the inability to ask questions are the times of the past. Call to day whether to schedule an appointment, consultation or just to ask a question.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I started with a completely different degree, after which I realized that i wanted to do something more along the lines of what I love over what was expected of me to become. In the process of switching professions I realized till this date that working with computers and networks is where I was meant to be and do for a living. Even after 12 years I still working with new networks and different people.

I was in a real pickle. My computer would not work at all, and I was going into the Hospital for Hip Surgery within a week, so I was unable to get the word out about being offline for over 3 weeks. I had met Havi a week or two earlier, but misplaced his card. When I got back from Hospital and re-hab, I located Havi's card and gave him a call. He came RIGHT over and told me what problems I had and that he could save just about all on the old computer and transfer over to new one he would install. Tight on monies, I bit the bullet! What a difference, I went from Windows 2000 to Windows 7 along with a lot of upgrades Havi suggested. My biggest problem was clearing over 6,000 e-mails. I am enjoying working with the new system and I know if I have any problems, Havi would be right here helping me!
