- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always. Computer technology changes all the time. So I keep abreast of whats new and I get experience with these new developments as soon as I can.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was out of necessity that I got into computer repair. I had taken some classes in school and was one of the few people around who understood what needed to be done. I love solving problems. :)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly repair. I also do a lot of maintenance and upgrades. Office networking has gotten more common now as well.
