- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing ranges due to various factors such as amount of time, type of event, etc. Please reach out for any questions on pricing and let's figure out what works! I do charge a small non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. Although the deposit is non-refundable, it is transferrable to another date/time that works in both of our availabilities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to make sure all of my customers are aware of my process and comfortable with me! After the initial reach out, I confirm all the details to quote my price to the customer. As a customer, once you are ready to secure your date and time, I will ask you to pay your deposit to do so. Once your deposit is paid, I will confirm any specific requests, locations, etc. or that is something we can discuss if you are unsure! As the booking gets near, I will confirm dates/times/locations as we get closer, and throughout the whole process I am available for contact to make the process as easy and seamless for you!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Catching the little moments, the moments that people don't even realize, capturing those special memories to be viewed for lifetimes to come is what had me venture into the photography world.
