I’ve been training with Lexi for almost six months and family, friends and coworkers have noticed the change. My initial goals were to lose weight, gain muscle tone, improve core strength and balance, and increase my functional ‘every day’ strength. All this has been achieved and more. My body shape has changed and I feel stronger, more energetic at work, and confident with all the equipment at the gym. Lexi is always present and engaged and communicates regularly outside of the gym to ensure I’m feeling well and satisfied with my progress. She developed a unique meal plan for me that is continually evaluated and tweaked as my body changes. Lexi even assessed my work space and helped me transition to a standing desk that’s helped my posture and muscle recovery. Tale of the tape: I’ve safely lost 35lbs, 6% body fat and dropped from a 38 to 34 men's pant size in nearly 6 months with LexiFit!

Lexi was my trainer and helped me lose over 30 lbs. She is a fantastic motivator and encourages you every step of the way. Her knowledge of nutrition is extensive. Her positive reinforcement and support make you the best you can be. She taught me exercises and modifications that helped me grow strength and build muscle. I had not exercised in years and her patience and expertise helped this beginner gain confidence and work harder than I thought possible. If I still lived in Vegas, I would still be training with her.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of my clients come to me with a goal in mind. I train physique competitors, athletes and your average weight loss client. The first step with any client is assessing where they are when they come to me and where they want to be. I take time to make sure that all clients are progressed at the proper speed and I am very results oriented. I write out plans in regards to exercise programming and basic dietary recommendations. I have had a great deal of success in seeing my clients reach their goals.
