- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential prices are based on a flat rate chart that includes parts and labor. This is similar to the way certified automobile dealerships do their pricing. It is the most fair method and technicians are not free to charge higher prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's easy to do business with Martin. We sign up about 10-20 new customers each day in the Las Vegas area. Just pick up the phone and call 617 1645 or send us an email at martindoorlv@gmail com. We answer the phone 24 hours a day with a real employee. You will be connected with someone who can answer questions and take care of your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is accredited by the Institute for Door Education and Accreditation. Our technicians are certified by the same organization. See dooreducation com. Our managers are college educated and trained in their jobs and in door and gate education. Our certifications also require continuing education. You can rest assured that the industry's best technicians will be taking care of your needs.
