Elizabeth is great to work with, shows up on time and calls before arriving.While SHE does a great job, her assistant missed a LOT of things. We were very busy and didn't have the time to follow them around and didn't really want to.He missed ALL the blinds on the second floor,window sills were skipped, bathroom drawers were not cleaned.Top of window treatments were not cleaned of dust.Tile floors on first floor looked GREAT, while the completely skipped the wood floor in the loft area, skipped the floor in the laundry room.Mirrors were cleaned to arm's level only, not to the top of the mirror.Lamp fixtures over the sinks in bathrooms were skipped.The areas they cleaned looked great, the ones they skipped didn't.My bad....I should have inspected the entire house before they left.I didn't have time to do so and trusted them.They won't be back..... Please add this to the feedback/review.When your just moving in, your stuff is 3500 miles away and your living out of suitcases you hire people like this to do this because you don't have the time or supplies to do it yourself. Looks like a trip to Walmart is in order and we better find the time to do it ourselves. The real clinker...I TIPPED them $20.00 on top of the fee!! Looked around 2 days later and found all the areas they missed. I am being NICE by placing 3 stars...should be one star... Kirk

I'm truly sorry for all you said we missed. You could of called us and we would have gone back and made it right, or had given you a refund, and returned the tip, since our work is guarantee. My offer still stands I can offer you a refund for the window sills and the upstairs blinds not being dusted and the Laundry room not moped. Again we are truly sorry. Radiant Maids.

David was extremly polite, caring, and professional. The actual cleaning that he and Celeste did was OUTSTANDING...their prices are excellent. I have a small dog and was prepared to put her in the bedroom and shut the door : they had no problem with letting my dog out and about while they did their work. I really appriciated that. Also, I had to run to the bank while they were still cleaning....I felt very safe and trusted them 110% in my home alone with my dog. For me personally, that says ALOT. I will continue to recommend their services and will for sure use them again!!!! Thanks again David and Celeste!!!!!!
