Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We offer serice repair and installation on all makes and models of Air Conditioning units and Heaters. Residental and Commercial. We also offer serice repair and installation of commerical refrigeration.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I would suggest calling our office. They would be able to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Air filters should be changed monthly. Preventitive maintenance on your unit can save you the un-needed hassels and expenses

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. We would need contact information, (address, gate code, phone number), if there is a Home Warranty on the home and if you are a renter we would need the contact information of the owner.

A. Liberty Heating & Air Conditioning is a Family owned and operated company. We offer services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with NO OVERTIME charge. We maintain clean cut and drug free employees.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Our service technicians are highly trained and in all makes and models of Air Conditioning and Heating units and Refrigeration.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What do you charge for a service call? We charge $29 to diagnose your unit, we waive the $29 fee if repairs are done.
Do you charge overtime for nights or weekend calls? No. We do not charge any overtime

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Our technicians attend factory seminars and classes on the lastest equipment to keep our staff up to date.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Due to government regulation is the development of new eco-friendly refrigerant to replace the existing R-22 refrigerant. We currently stock and install new 410-A system to meet govenment regulations. We still maintain and service all R-22 equipment.
