- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do but my pricing is based on the scope of the problem. Each client is different. I offer a free initial consultation to all prospects. During our consultation I learn about you and your commitment to change. I am able to evaluate if you are ready to do what it takes to be successful and what is needed in regards to your investment of time, energy and money. Based on our consult I will provide you with several options to work together. I put it this way... if you are serious about coaching and want to make real change then I will find a way to help you! But you have to want it more than I do!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to always conduct a free intial phone consultation. This allows both of us to get to know each other and to first determine if we would actually like to work together. During this call I am also collecting information to determine the scope of the problem. I need to know how long the problem has been happening; how intense is this problem; what resources do you have to commit to overcoming the problem and most importantly...are you ready to start working on the problem and let go of it? Once I have this information I am able to provide my prospects with a couple clear options for working together. If we would like to work together and you are truly commited to doing what it takes to succeed then I am always happy to find a way for us to work together. Once we decide to work together then I will send you a questionniare to complete so I can prepare your sessions or program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I am actively working with a mastermind of experts, people such as Marie Diamond from the Secret, Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul) and more. Knowledge is power and you have to keep your energy and intelligence sharp!
