- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In matters involving public defense for; child exploitation and child pornography, fraud, murder, theft and narcotics. Most crimes nowadays involve the usage of digital devices. There are specific protocols for collecting, preserving and investigating these devices in a forensically sound manner. We examine law enforcement protocols to ensure that they are sound. Small, Medium, Large - we assist in partnership disputes/mistrust, employee/management mistrust, verification and authentication in mergers and acquisition transactions, sexual harassment, corporate espionage, data authentication, corporate sabotage, embezzlement, fraud, and (most commonly) employee disloyalty. Attorneys from all fields, court appointed council, receivers, legal support services and paralegals in civil and criminal matters. We verify that protocols conducted during search warrants are forensically sound. We examine digital evidence seized by law enforcement for proper chain of custody and preservation. We consult and serve as digital forensic Expert Witnesses in court, depositions and media interviews. We advise, consult and investigate digital evidence in matters of domestic affairs such as; divorce, custody, mistrust, infidelity, teen behavior patterns and family disputes. We provide specialized support services to investigators with electronic data involving password retrievals, data recovery and electronic authentication.

Our unique experience differentiates us from other digital data forensic companies. Most digital forensic firms have been established by retired or ex-law enforcement employees who have theoretical IT knowledge. We pride ourselves in having it all, over a decade in law enforcement and combined 30 years hands-on IT experience.
