Chef Malcolm created a birthday brunch to remember! Well seasoned food, good portions (the 7 us ate brunch for 2 days after the original event. What I loved about Chef Malcolm is he not only provided what I asked for but he took the extra step to recommend and add in special touches to make the event even more special! Malcom catered my 1 year business anniversary party. He made Jerk chicken and lobster Mac and cheese. It was amazing my guest keep raving about it. They even used Malcom to cater their events. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
