I wish I got more pictures! Michael’s an awesome chef. We were having a small gathering to celebrate an engagement (straight after the proposal) and no one wanted to take on the responsibility of cooking, so we hired a pro.
He was super communicative about ingredients, allergies, prep time, etc. He cleaned up and left shortly before everyone started to arrive. Got loads of compliments on the food and passed on his info.
