FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base charge is $75 an hour or $120/hr in-homes. But if a client is serious and willing to commit to their goals like they should, I am willing to negotiate something affordable for them. My average client pays $550-750 a month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first try to establish rapport; I want the new client to know I'm here for them, to help them reach their goals, and that I am also a friend! I want them to trust me so when I deliver all the truths, they will accept them. I don't believe in kicking a newbie's butt and making them so sore they can't move the next day. I prefer gradually build a newbie's exposure to intense exercise. Unless the client wants that kind of abuse; I can oblige!
