Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Take the time to get to know your pet sitter, because if your pets are like your children, then you want to know in case of an emergency they are taken care of by the right person.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would like to know that my pet is safe and is comforted the way I comfort and love my pets when I am home. I provide excellent care, whatever it takes to make the 'kids' feel like nothing has changed. If that means hand feeding them, playing with them, or talking to them (which I do a lot), then I am fine with that.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. I just need to know location, any medical conditions, and any behavioral problems your pet may have.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am very experienced in pet sitting and I have been working in the animal medical field for over 10 years. I am trained in emergency situations, unlike other pet sitters. I am very trustworthy and honest. I am very respectful. I am a college graduate. I do not smoke and I am a vegetarian. I have good midwest morals and values. I have 3 cats of my own and I was raised with dogs as a child.

A. Spending time with animals and sharing my education with pet owners, because knowledge about your pet's health will help them in the end.
