The Rental Queen Laura helped me find this quaint little property for my family and I. Rick was the realtor managing the property and has been nothing short of what I would expect from a management company since a different company let me go a week without AC in the middle of June in this desert. Hes answered all my questions, was very professional and courteous. They put in new carpets and are following through on all the promises theyve made as far as touching up on the things I noticed that I wanted fixed BEFORE I move in. I had listed everything I wanted fixed in my application. I will place an update in my dealings with this company but so far its been smooth sailing.

Our experience with Heather, and the entire management team was a disaster! Nothing is what it seems! They didn't follow our signed contract, and work orders were lost for months at a time. The only thing they were good at, is collecting their money. Only when we decided to sell our home, they wanted to work with us. This company is dishonest, and not what they seem. RUN away from Robinson Management!

The staff at Robinson Property Management are extremely friendly, very detailed in their work, well organized, and always available to us to answer questions. Great experience overall! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Vegas looking for a property management company.
