Hello, my name is Elizabeth. I have been a Reiki master and massage therapist for over 12 years. You hold the key to your wellness. With a Reiki or massage treatment, you give yourself the gift of health. Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy; a treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki energy treats you on all levels physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Massage is a great way to relax and heal the body.

I offer a "Taking Care of Yourself" wellness package which consist of a 50-minute hot stone massage. Your stress will melt away with the warmth of the hot stones. Next, you will receive a 30-minute Reiki session which will be the perfect way to end this self-care wellness program, rejuvenating body, mind and spirit.

For more of a meditation package, the "Angel Within You" is great. You will start this insightful experience with a 30-minute Reiki session which will calm your mind and body. Now, you are ready to receive your message with the angels with a 20-minute Angel Energy Meditation.
